Contemporary student house replacing an old office building

Instead of the dilapidated Transhurt office building, a designer student house Zeus Apartments will be erected. The old building has already been demolished. Its owner ,on Al. Spółdzielczości Pracy, intended to remove it already in 2015. Following the changes in the local development plan, a modern building will finally be constructed on the plot adjacent to Galeria Olimp. The several-storey student residential facility will be distinguished by its architecture and high standard, and simultaneously will correspond to the student character of Lublin, where as many as 60 thousand people from Poland and all over the world are studying.
