Lublin is the largest city of eastern Poland and the only agglomeration in this part of the country. Its population ranks eighth in the country. Moreover, it is an important academic centre - there are nine higher education institutions with about 65,000 students, 10 percent of which are foreigners. Lublin universities, working together with the city authorities, implement the “Study in Lublin” project, sending their representatives to educational fairs organised all over the world and therefore Lublin institutions of higher education achieve one of the best internationalisation rates in the country. People from 93 countries study here, and the largest group of students come from Ukraine, Taiwan, the USA and Saudi Arabia.
The building’s roof was designed as a year-round terrace with an exceptional view of the city panorama.
The residents will be only a few minutes away from Galeria Olimp with its 200 stores, 30 restaurants with cuisines from all over the world, cafes, over 20 service points (from a shoemaker, optician, watchmaker, through an exchange office, bank or post office, and even a solarium), entertainment facilities (such as a bowling alley, a climbing wall, a laser tag arena, a laser labyrinth or a karting track) and a construction and decorative hypermarket Leroy Merlin, an electro-market Media Expert, Carrefour Market, Stokrotka and Lublin's only multiplex cinema Multikino. There are two round-the-clock stores, a gas station, a Biedronka discount store and a McDonald's restaurant located next to the building.
Another significant benefit for the residents is the neighbouring Galeria Olimp, which offers Zeus Apartments residents special, dedicated discounts.
